Work tasks:
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Reservations for individual and leisure guests
- Preparation of offers and confirmations
- Servicing our guests
- Telephone operation
- Cash register reconciliation
- Easier cleanup and cleaning at reception and on the terrace
- Setting and preparation for events at the hotel
- Serving guests in connection with events at the hotel
We expect you to:
- Have experience from the industry, preferably with reception and booking
- Is independent and conscientious and can maintain an overview in busy situations0
- Let presence and precision characterize your work, so you can help create harmonious experiences.
- Have an intention to make a positive difference and provide good hospitality to the hotel's guests and your colleagues
- Is good at collaborating across all departments
- Have a good knowledge of English, German and the Nordic languages
- Have good IT knowledge and preferably good knowledge of the office package and the booking system Spectra
- Sees an advantage in having a varied work schedule with changing working hours.
