The check-in time is 14:00 hours. The check-out time is 11:00 hours. At departure or arrival outside the opening hours, you will have to either contact us beforehand or contact the following phone number +45 98 42 09 77 when you stand by the night entrance. 

Continue past the hotel, here we have our own driveway to our parking lot with security cameras. Mostly we have free parking places. 

From the parking lot you will find an entrance that leads to the backside of the reception. 

Reception is open from 06.30 – 21.00. At departure or arrival outside the opening hours, you will have to either contact us beforehand or contact the following phone number +45 98 42 09 77 when you stand by the night entrance. The phone receptionist will inform you of the code to the night entrance. When you get inside there will be an envelope if your keycard and room number. 

The breakfast buffet is served from 6:30 – 9.30 on weekdays and from 7-00 – 9.30 in weekends and holidays.The buffet includes both cold and warm dishes which you can read more about here.

Email or by telephone, latest at 14.00 the day before arrival. 

No-show: 

If you do not show up without cancelling your reservation, then you will have to pay for the first night. 

Yes, children up to 15 kg can sleep in a baby cot in some of the rooms. The size of the bed is 120 cm. The cost is DKK 150,- / night. It needs to be reserved in advance.

Yes, you can rent a bike in Frederikshavn: We will put you in touch with the right people. If you let us know in advance, we can make the arrangements beforehand. 

Yes we do. We have a laundry service inside the hotel where you can get your clothes washed and dried by our staff. Prices depend on the amount and type of laundry.

The maximum occupancy of a twin/double room is 2 people, a triple room hosts (surprise!) 3 people. 

Our family rooms accommodates up to two adults and three children.

Yes, each room has a hairdryer in the bathroom or in the closet.

Don’t worry, it happens to the best. Everything we found after you left is passed to the staff and will be kept safely. Let us know what you lost, when you lost it and – if you remember – which room you stayed in. If your belongings are to be sent by post, we charge a handling fee of DKK 150 + shipping costs.
